Frame of Mind

Now this is time to talk about the subjects to capture them in frames but I think it's all in the frame of mind. The image on camera is a mere manifestation of the view in mind. But unfortunately most of the time the frame in mind does not exactly transform into the frame in camera. Surely the success lies in the perfect match of both the frames one in mind and the other in camera.

When it comes to my friend of mind I'm bit confused about my choice of subjects. With endless encounter with many subjects through out the day it is difficult to be specific about the subject. But the magical colour of nature, appealing emotions, the innocence of kids and food are something I would surely die to capture in frames.

Coming from a small village in Orissa, having spent all my school and college days nearby the picturesque Chilka natur has always been my best choice for photography. Be it a colourful flower or a flower hopping butterfly, be it cloud clad sky or artistic sun during dawn or dusk, be it flowing small spring or a resting water body-- everything alure me. Surrounded by nature all over it's always good to enjoy the beauty or to be scared of the fury but very difficult to capture it on camera. High technical effciency is required to capture nature as mostly wide angle landscape and tele photo potrait images are the outcome of photography. Even for seasoned photographers find it very difficult to capture in this format. It's all about efficiency and skill of handling your equipment. All technical details on nature photography in next blog.
